1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time you call up a website, the web server automatically saves only a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh our interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Hosting

The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in designated forms on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.

Our service providers are located in the following countries for which the European Commission has determined by decision that they provide an adequate level of data protection: Canada

2. Data processing for contract processing, contacting and when opening a customer account

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we need the data in these cases to process the contract or to process your contact and you cannot send the order or contact without providing it. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data provided by you for the purpose of processing the contract and dealing with your enquiries in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.
If you have given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO by deciding to open a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described in this privacy policy or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

3. Data processing for the purpose of shipment processing

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

Correspondingly, the data is processed for the purpose of shipping.

The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they take over the shipping for us (drop shipment). These are considered shipping service providers for the purposes of this data protection declaration.

Data transfer to shipping service providers for the purpose of shipping notification

If you have given us your express consent to do so during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider on the basis of this consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

We will forward your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected shipping service provider so that they can contact you prior to delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.
Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact option described in this privacy policy or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address listed below. a) Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. Web Fonts are provided by Google, Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. The same applies if you deactivate the plugin via your browser settings as shown above. Opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

b) Google reCAPTCHA
We use the "reCAPTCHA" tool on our website. The provider is also the company Google. The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data entry on our online offer (e.g. when creating a customer account) is made by a human being or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the user's behaviour on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the user visits the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the user on the shop page or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google. The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. You as a user will not be informed separately that an analysis is taking place. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our website from abusive automated spying and SPAM. For further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's privacy policy, please refer to the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

This site uses the Google Maps mapping service via an API. The provider of this service is also the company Google. Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, Opt-Out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transmission. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of our business premises. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
