Shipping policy
For the delivery of orders that are carried out via our online shop, we offer the shipping methods parcel service and forwarding service.
Independently of the number of items ordered, the shipping fee is only charged once per order!

Your order will be shipped directly from the far north of Finland to your home, so the shipping time may be a little longer than you are used to.
If there are no shipping costs listed for your country, please send us a message to shop@kotagrills.de, we will be happy to send you an individual offer for the shipping costs.
The delivery time for your grill is approx. 21 days. Please note that the barbecue will be built especially for you after you have placed your order and according to your wishes. This takes about two weeks. But of course it can also be quicker ;-) After your barbecue is finished, it will be shipped directly to you. The transport from Finland to you in Germany takes about 7-8 working days. After shipping, you will receive a tracking link so that you are always informed about the status of your order.
For deliveries to Austria and the Netherlands, the transport time is extended by approx. 5 working days.
Delivery and delivery time
Delivery is only possible within Germany. We are currently unable to offer delivery to a German island, so at the moment we can only deliver to the mainland ferry dock. Please enter the address of the island carrier as the delivery address in your order and organise the transport from there yourself (as an islander you know this ;-)).

All deliveries are free kerbside. In the event of additional costs for transport to properties and buildings, these shall be borne by the recipient. Access restrictions and any additional time required for delivery must be borne by the purchaser.
The consignee must ensure immediately upon delivery that there is no transport damage. If transport damage has occurred, this must be reported immediately to the deliverer/carrier. The carrier must record the transport damage in writing in the freight documents. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any transport damage that is claimed later.
